REFUNDS AND RETURNS

All sales are final due to being custom made. We will be in contact with you once your item is designed and email to you for approval. We will accept return that are our error (Spelling, size and color). Will refund your purchase or remake (your choice).
Please contact us immediately if item is defective, wrong size, color or the wrong item and we will make it right.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
Due to all items being custom made when ordered, we will make every effort to have the ordered completed and shipped within 3-4 business days from your approval. We may ship; USPS (First Class or Priority mail) or UPS ground depending on the size of the item. If you prefer next day delivery please let us know prior to shipping and we will let you know the price difference.
We can not be responsible in delays caused by our shipping partners.
